  • 450g diced Welsh Lamb
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small swede, peeled
  • 1 stick celery
  • 2 large carrots, peeled
  • 2 leeks
  • 60g cabbage
  • 450g potatoes, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon of both thyme and parsley
