Asado
Asado is the name of the way Patagonians cook their meat. It is similar to a large barbecue.
Asado is also the term for the social event of having a barbecue.
Usually people in Patagonia will enjoy at least one asado a week. This happens during the weekends.
An asado is also an opportunity for friends and family to come together and socialize. The asado is considered Argentina's national dish.
