Family is very important in the Wladfa and the whole family will sit around the table to eat dinner and supper together.

Children like to play outside. Very few children have a games console, an expensive mobile phone or a television with hundreds of channels. Attending clubs and socializing is very popular and they spend a lot of their free time out in the open – on a bike, in the park, fishing, riding or helping on the farm.
